Commission quilt

This quilt was commissioned after the small showing at North & Shore. A Modern Medallion was sold, and a second person saw it and wanted something similar. We met on Zoom, and with her input and guidance, the piece came together! Some of what she requested is the four elements (earth, wind, fire, water), movement, many natural and whimsical items, a quote somewhat "hidden" in the piece, and non-square corners.

This was machine pieced as four separate sections, and includes both machine and big stitch hand quilting. The quote is hand-embroidered.
